Course Description

A 12 month programme that prepares participants to better engage with community members and effectively manage community development programmes that add value and have positive social impact in communities. This programme will empower and upskill community visionaries, leaders, social entrepreneurs and NPO managers to operate using business principles to ensure sustainability.
The programme is divided into 6 learner programmes consisting of related modules to enhance information integration and learning.
Intake
The institute can accommodate 20 learners per year for the National certificate qualification and has one intake in July each year.

Lusa reserves the right to cancel training should the minimum requirement of participants not be met. Lusa also reserves the right to change the dates of training in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In both instances participants will be refunded their full amounts or given the option to attend training on another date. In the event of cancellations requested by clients, made 2 weeks prior to training, course fees will be refunded subject to a R500 administration fee. No refunds will be considered for cancellations made later than 2 weeks prior to training. No refunds will be considered for non-attendance.
