Course Description

This course is aimed at providing mediation and conflict management skills for individuals in positions of leadership and management. This mediation course has a mixture of theory and practical exercises designed to help you effectively facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes and manage conflict in a wide application field. Participants will have good understanding of the processes for conflict management through mediation for application in the workplace.
