NPO Development Training

This course is aimed at NPO organisations who are interested in improving their operational governance. This shift is often made to increase sustainability and efficiency by improving, for example, Operational and Financial Governance, Risk Management, HR policies, etc, which lead to an improved ability to secure donors and sponsors.

This self-paced online training covers how and why to implement certain practices and contains more than 40 templates to assist in establishing good governance. The templates are available as downloads and remove many of the barriers to the adoption of these processes.
