Community Development – National Certificate (NQF5)

I was very privileged to participate in the LusaSEI Level 1 Neuro coaching course in May 2023. This course not only enhanced my coaching skills, “which will be an ongoing journey” – but also allowed me to explore my inner self at a much deeper & authentic level, enabling me to really bring my true self to my coaching sessions. LusaSEI’s neurocoaching course empowered me to explore so much more than just the theoretical side of coaching – but rather encouraging me to open my mind, heart & spirit to so many possibilities that life has to offer, it’s a truly amazing learning journey that I will continue investing my time in. Certainly, a personally fulfilling experience.

I cannot thank LUSA Social Entrepreneurship Institute enough for the opportunity to partake in the Neuro-coaching level 1 course. It was life changing in terms of my personal development journey. The facilitators are super-skilled subject matter experts who shared the wealth of their knowledge and experiences with us. The course content is impactful and well presented. It equipped me to not only coach others but to understand myself better. I can recommend this course to anyone interested in a life changing growth experience!!!

Although I haven’t completion my course certification as yet and I am not formally coaching yet, I learned a lot in the Neuro-coaching Level 1 course. These are: The importance of active listening, the difference between coaching and counselling, one must not be too hard on oneself, make mistakes and learn from them, it is important to make time for oneself, otherwise your tank will run empty and you won’t be of any use for others, one needs other people in your life, ask those questions, even though it does not make sense initially, go on, the penny will eventually drop. I can go on, but I’ll stop right here! Thank you for an amazing course LusaSEI.

I think everyone when doing something like this, firstly has a bit of thought about the course, should I do it? is it worth it and then wonders what it will present. Well there is NO way you can ever be prepared for the change this brings. This course is still busy and has already changed my way of thinking entirely. My way of being, my mindfulness my self-awareness the list goes on. It brought a fresh approach to everything in my life. I attended this course because I am a motivation Life Coach and wanted to better myself in my coaching, which I totally have. But what I was not ready for and did not expect was the major change and transformation it brought to my mind and my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 20-hour programme and I walked away with new skills that I can utilise in my career as a people manager and at home when it comes to my relationship with my husband and my children. Lynda is an amazing coach and I am grateful for all the coaching she has given me.

The Neuro-coaching course was an awakening experience in my life, this course helped me to discover my purpose here on earth. I believe God had a hand in this because i was in a bad space mentality, i lost my father so this course helped me to be aware of my thoughts and emotions. Thank you so much.

Neuro-Coaching Level 1 Course enhanced my skills and ability to add value to my colleagues in helping them to gain a better understanding of who they are and discovering their life meaning and purpose.
